Our Story
Hi, I'm Katelyn!
When I was a young girl, I would visit my grandparents' house, and the only thing I ever wanted to do was look at all of their photos. I would look back on their pictures from the 50s, 60s, all the way to pictures from the present, imagining what they were feeling and doing exactly when that image was captured. Because of my love of LOOKING at pictures, I started taking pictures of everything, which led to my mom buying me my first DSLR camera.
I love what I do. It's amazing to think that what started out as just a hobby and passion of mine, quickly developed into a full-time business, and for that, I am so very thankful.
I love life. I love joy. I love laughter. So know, if you book with me, we will be laughing a lot! I love capturing authentic moments and having fun while doing it!
I love Jesus, and I know that it is all because of Him that I am able to take pictures and have this business. He has provided me with amazing clients, who I am able to connect with through shared life experiences.
I am married to the love of my life, Forrest, and we live in the Atlanta area with our dog, Blue, and our two cats, Duke and Dixie. We love our fur babies like they are our children. I am an avid coffee drinker and a recovering sweet tea addict, and I will most likely have one of those in my hand when I show up for your session..
