His & Hers 💖💖💖
But seriously, no idea what I’m doing. I’m just winging it, my life, this business, my eyeliner… just winging it 😋😋😋

You know how painters never paint their own houses, concrete guys never make time to do their own concrete(*clears throat for dramatic effect), well turns out florists *rarely* arrange anything for themselves either! It’s been way too long since I had my flowers on my own table, so last week I decided to treat myself 💖💖💖
These were leftovers from other orders, they were a little too old to pass off, but still too pretty to go to waste! They’re significantly less voluminous this week, but they still make me smile so they’ll stay.☺️☺️
Here are a few tips to help YOUR flowers last longer…
- Change your water! Everyday if possible, two at the most!
- When you are changing water, consider recutting the stems on a 45 degree angle every few days
- Check to see if any of your stems need removing, when they start to expire, it is catching and your other blooms will start to die off too!
- Keep away from direct heat and sun, ripening fruits and veggies, these will all shorten the lifespan of your blooms!
Text/DM/email to treat yourself, or someone you love!!
Happy Friday friends!! 😘😘😘
Someone pinch me… cause I’m clearly fast asleep in dreamland. 😴😴😴
It doesn’t even feel real yet, this whole flower business business. It feels too much like a dream I might wake up from at any moment. These gorgeous blooms are for orders to be filled and delivered this week!! It’s been crazy and amazing and more than I could have ever anticipated. Trying to rein in some of the Valentines Day anxiety through gratitude, so thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you for every order, every like, every comment, every pat on the back. Just a few short weeks ago, this was all still just a dream I carried in my heart, and today, I got to wake up and play with flowers. So on second thought, just let me dream y’all. You know where to find me. 🌼🌼🌼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
Turns out, I love delivering flowers y’all. 🤪🤪🤪
Delivery was an aspect of this business I didn’t really give too much thought when I was thinking about what owning and running a floral business would look like in real life, with 4D clarity REALNESS.
I knew that the business end would be challenging, it is, and that it would be a bit overwhelming at times, it is, and that I was going to need to be open to learning A LOT, in a small amount of time, I am. But I’m a creative at heart, and I really just hoped that the shopping and building of beautiful things would be enough to cover the not so fun aspects. I imagined deliveries would be a less desirable experience as I already spend so much of my life in the car(hello carpool), and it’s not exactly my favorite part of motherhood either.
But this week, I had the honor of delivering flowers to just a few of your loved ones, and it. Was. Everything. Y’all, their faces. I’m not even kidding when I say that it almost felt like I was the one receiving flowers from someone who thought enough about me to make the effort to send them a beautiful pick me up. I wish I could capture this moment and bottle it up for you, and maybe someday I’ll figure out how to make that magic happen, but just know, every time you message me to place an order, you are making my day as well. Thank you for the love, the support, and the trust you have in my vision. ❤️ I cannot wait for the deliveries I have scheduled this week!
Also, just a reminder, Valentine’s Day orders are open until Friday, February 10th. All you have to do is text/email/dm me to place your order and discuss specifics. I will be delivering on Valentines Day, for an additional $5 within 10 miles, and $10 for up to 20 miles from the McGees Crossroads area. I can also add a special note!
I’m wishing you all the best week, hopefully I’ll be seeing you soon! 🌸💖🌸
Start now. Start where you are. Start with fear. Start with pain. Start with doubt. Start with hands shaking. Start with voice trembling but start. Start and don’t stop. Start where you are, with what you have. Just... start.
