I made a couple larger floral pumpkins for a table center piece. $15. Part of having this little business is allowing Thalia to be included, it is fun to watch her get excited about putting flowers together and being a little entrepreneur.

With all the peppers, pepper jelly has been made. My recipe is full of peppers, not just flavored sugar. It is amazing stirred into warm cream cheese, incredibly hard to stop eating it. Makes a fast appetizer people love. If you would like some or want to gift it for Christmas, send me a message. $6/jelly jar. Hot and mild available.

I have hot peppers, these are Cayenne and Bulgarian Carrot varieties but also will have some Habanero. These would be great to ferment a hot sauce or dehydrated some hot peppers to enjoy all winter.

I love these colors together, typically I don’t use sunflowers but I’ve saved a few small ones from the bugs that love to eat them. Did you know, you can buy pollen-less sunflowers so they don’t shed on your table? But I don’t, the bees love them. Maybe next year I’ll buy seed for the pollen-less sunflowers and have both.
