The Exchange Event Center is an ideal place to host your big events! Our venue is 15,000 sq ft., has variable lighting and a flexible floor plan. We can accommodate 600 guests seated at 60" round tables or up to 950 people for a cocktail event. We have plenty of room! The building has 4 restrooms, caterers kitchen, green room, a house sound system & two 16" screens/ projectors.

Our stage is modular and can be set up anywhere in the Main Hall or Cavitt Caufield Center. It comes in 4ft by 4ft sections that are 16 inches off the floor.

It takes one person about 1 hour and 15 minutes to assemble or disassemble. The stage size in the video is 24'x16'. This is our most common size requested for a band. The stage can be set up in a square, rectangle, and/or runway. It works great for banquets, presentations, concerts, fashion shows and so much more.
