Live life in full bloom! 😊
“The Long Walk” taken February 20, 2019.
This is the creek that goes under the Wells Bridge. You can see and hear the wind, but the dip of the creek bed protects the creek so there are almost no ripples. I loved the reflection of the trees in the water.
Incidentally, if you listen you can hear the honk of the geese that were in the pond on the Gazebo end of the park.

You can’t really see these ponds unless you know where you are going. They are between the vegetable garden and the Back 40 and they are really here to manage rain water, so not terribly romantic. But my, are they ever pretty with the wind pushing the water into peaks. I was wishing I had brought a lawn chair. 😉

We’ve had some road construction going on at the park...and of course that’s all for the greater good...but on this particular day there was no where that I could get to by driving.
So I grabbed my camera, and my jacket and went on a long walk. It was just beautiful. There are a whole set of these that were taken on February 20, 2019. “The Long Walk”
