Attention, Thanksgiving survivors: Your leftover turkey has been promoted from ‘fridge relic’ to ‘star of the show.’ Introducing Thanksgiving Afterglow Pozole—a soup so good, it might make you forget about pie. (Okay, maybe not forget, but you’ll at least put the pie down for 10 minutes.)

It’s smoky, spicy, and loaded with toppings because we’re not animals. Think lime, radishes, and queso fresco—basically a party in a bowl.
