Let's do a countdown this week of the process and procedure of what it takes to make an event successfully. We have a 70-80 guest graduation celebration in 7 days. This is how we prepare.
Typically for an event as big as this it's important to plan weeks in advance. For weddings we encourage months. This will allow us to have plenty of time when you need to hire staff, rent from various vendors etc. By day 7 we already have our guest list, our food vendors, our rental space and so forth. Today we check our itemized rental list to ensure that everything that we need is here or has been ordered special for you the client. We check for the correct item, inspect for damages and ensure that the right amount of items are counted for.
