For Heard-Craig Members! Lucas Nelson (Willie Nelson's son) is playing on the stage right beside the Heard-Craig Center. The concert is outdoors in the City of McKinney parking lot but if you have your Heard-Craig parking card, you are welcome to come here and listen to the music under the shade of the Garden trees.
It's going to be a busy weekend, but we're here for you! Enjoy the music.

Being designated a state or national historical site is an honor. On Saturday, June 1, 2024, the Ross Cemetary received it's historic designation complete with a dedication from Mayor George Fuller and the research and financial history from Allen Mayor, Baine Brooks. There was a reinactment of the Buffalo Soldiers and a special thank you to Ms. Flo Thorton as Board President of the Cemetery. The public was invited to attend and Mr. Eric Hogue, Collin County Historical Commission presided. The Valley House Gallery and Sculpture Garden in Dallas is collaborating with FineArtEstates.com (FAE) for an exhibition from private collections and estates. All of the fine art is on view until June 8, 2024 and can be purchased on the FAE website. Gallery hours are 10-5 Monday-Saturday.
In addition to the Valley House gallery exhibition, the Carriage House has held over the Jane Linstrom exhibit. If you'd like to swing by for a quick viewing, call the office at 972-569-6909. , ,
