We want to give a big shout-out to the Louisiana Crawfish Company for being really easy to work with and sending us some awesome bugs for the boil we did for Senator Bill Cassidy yesterday. He commented to us about how good they were, and asked us where we got 'em.

They were a big hit with the whole crowd.

Great day yesterday at St. John’s the Beloved Catholic Church in McLean. We helped with thier annual Mardi Gras Celebration by cooking 25 gallons of chicken and andouille gumbo and a 23lbs cherry smoked, alligator boudin stuffed, bacon wrapped alligator. Thank you to the church and Father Pollard for having us.

Saints/WFT Tailgate information:

We are looking forward to seeing all of you at tomorrow's Tailgate event at FedEx field!

Please see the following details:

Time: The tailgate party 'kicks off' at 10 AM! The band Delta Spur will also start at this time.

Location: We will be in the RV/BUS lot (NOT the RedZone lot, as previously thought!). This was a change due to the size of the tailgate with the food truck, band, etc. We will post on social media a screenshot of the set up once we're there!

Check In: We will have a list to check in tailgaters and provide bracelets and check in will be under the name of the person who purchased the tickets online. If your party is arriving separately, please be sure they know to check in under your name. The bracelet will get you the beer from Lost Rhino Brewing Co. you've pre-ordered and all-you-can-eat food from the Louisiana Boys. Plus beignets from Bilstad's Beignets.

The weather looks like we may have some sprinkles so plan accordingly; we will be tailgating rain or shine! We are anticipating a fun day!

There will also be a little Lagniappe photo opportunity after the game for all who participated in tailgate.
