BBQ season is about to start again. Soon I will be smoking some pulled pork for small or large parties. Currently I have Smoked Cheese for $15, Moppin' Sauce for $10 (5oz bottle), or a combo pack of Smoked Cheese (1) and Moppin' Sauce (1) for $22 (plus shipping). The pulled pork will be $15 per package (3 to 4 sandwiches) or an 8 lb package for $100.

I smoked 2 turkey's for Thanksgiving. They soaked in a brine for 24 hours before smoking on the Traeger for several hours.

I was asked to fix Tri-Tip for a wedding rehearsal dinner. This was my practice first one and it turned out great. I then cooked 7 for the dinner and it turned out fantastic.

Since the Hickory Smoked Cheese went so well, I am smoking more cheese and adding the Moppin' Sauce to the deal. I am selling the Smoked Cheese for $12, the Moppin' Sauce for $10 (5oz bottle), or a combo pack of Smoked Cheese (1) and Moppin' Sauce (1) for $20. I will not be able to ship the Moppin' Sauce.
