CK TAPS Central Kansas Taps (CK TAPS) is a mobile refrigerated beverage trailer rental service. Our primary service area is within a 90 mile radius of McPherson.

We are a mobile refrigerated beverage trailer rental service based in McPherson, Kansas. Our custom designed and built 9' x 12' trailer is refrigerated and will keep beverages and food cold. Our trailer features eight taps and a CO2 delivery system that will provide cold beverages to your next party or special event. The trailer features 2 55" Samsung SMART televisions that you can watch your favo

rite sporting events, display photos, or use as a vending menu. In accordance to state law, we are not providers of alcoholic beverages for sale. We are simply the unique delivery method for your event. We will work closely with your event organizer, wedding planner, or caterer during your event. We can distribute a multitude of beverages via our eight tap system. Rental is available for one day or multi-day long term events. We have additional equipment available for rent including P/A sound equipment, lighting, and digital signage.

I am happy to announce CK TAPS was approved and received our alcohol catering permit yesterday from the Kansas Department of Revenue - Alcoholic Beverage Control. This was a goal of ours when we started our business in 2022. After a retirement, personal and financial setbacks, and a couple of unexpected twists along the way. The initial goal has finally been achieved. I want to say thank you to all my friends and family who supported me in so many ways!! I appreciate you staying with me along this journey!! When I was ready to walk away, you encouraged me to stick with it.

CK TAPS will still be available for rental with additional services such as bartending and alcohol sales. Please consider us for you next special event whether it is a wedding to a rodeo. We now offer multiple options than what we had before receiving our license.

We will be selling beer this coming Wednesday through Saturday during the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament First Round at Intrust Arena in Wichita, Kansas. Come by and see us during our time there!!

I was going through some paperwork this past week and found the rough draft of what I was looking for in a logo. I sent this to my friend Tom Hammersmith, who was an amazing and talented artist, and literally within a few hours he came up with the logo we use today.

Sadly, we lost Tom several months later and I think about all he did for our company. He designed our logo, printed the graphics, and even came out to our house and put the graphics on the trailer. CK TAPS wouldn’t be here without Tom’s awesome skills!

The moral of my story today is: #1 remember the ones who helped you along the way. Whatever their contribution was, small or large, without their assistance would you be where you are at today in business and life? #2 enjoy the time you have with those you encounter along your path. We never know how much time we have left on this place called Earth. #3 please say “thank you” you might not have another chance to say it down the road. Don’t miss out on your opportunity to give thanks!
