Our family owned and operated barn is the perfect rental site location for your next special indoor or outdoor event! We host weddings, receptions, parties, BBQs, concerts, art shows, photography shoots, boutique sales, and so much more. The barn at Wren Farm is typically available from April through October. This rustic barn sits on 10 acres of beautiful rolling farmland right outside Mechanicsbu
rg, Ohio. Our venue can easily accommodate up to 250 guests, with plenty of parking available in a grass field.

Wren Farm is in the path of totality! Parking, Restrooms and wide open lawn viewing will be available for $20 per car/truck (11am-6pm). Eclipse Glasses available for $1. Bring a blanket/lawn chair and your own picnic (no alcohol) to witness this unique event!

Wedding season finished with a beautiful bang! Courtney & Demetrius were married at the barn in mid November and marked the end of a beautiful wedding season here at the farm. Weâre tucking in and gearing up for next year!

Very proud of our team, especially Cassie and Cassy who put on another wonderful Vintage Wren Holiday Market! Our 3rd Annual. The 2023 market featured 30 amazing vendors and excellent weather! Cassie has done all the heavy lifting to put this weekend together the last several years. Her leadership always makes this event the success it is. This is Cassieâs last Wren Farm event (at least for awhile). After 6 seasons as our lead event coordinator she is going to step back to spend more time with her adorable family - and we will be tucking the barn in for itâs winter nap. But man our hearts are full. We âĽď¸ Cassie!

Today is National bossâs day so there is no better day to introduce one of our wonderful owners! I realized she hasnât been featured on here in a while so meet Elizabeth! Elizabeth and the family have lived on the farm since 2013 and she has seen many weddings, in fact, she handled most of our weddings until 2017 when wedding bookings started to grow and we hired our events team. But she still enjoys coordinating a wedding or event as time permits. Her passion however is for the gardens. She has really enjoyed growing the Wren Farm Flower enterprise. By day she is mom to 3 teenagers and a full time lawyer. But she loves the creative outlet that weddings and events at the farm provide. Show Elizabeth some love and let her know how much you appreciate her eye for design and beauty in the barn and around the farm!
Meet Cassie!! She is a past Wren Farm bride herself so the barn is an extra special place for her. Cassie studied communications at Cedarville University and graduated in 2018 excited to jump into event planning and coordination. Cassie and her husband Luke have been married for 5 years and they live in Marysville with their sweet one year old daughter and yellow lab! Cassie enjoys being outside, gardening and spending time in the kitchen learning new recipes or cooking skills. Cassie loves being able to celebrate the gift of marriage and really enjoys the little details of each event. Meet Cassandra one of our wonderful wedding coordinators! Cassandra is a Champaign County native who currently lives in Urbana with her husband of 8 years, Jonathan, and their two kids, Jeremy and Lucy. Two cats, one dog and a goldfish round out their family. She enjoys evenings filled with friends, board games, and laughs. Cassandra also finds joy in doting on her numerous houseplants and serving on the board of a local non profit organization, Extending the Branch. We love Cassandraâs eye for detail and excitement to work alongside each unique couple.
