Try some of our Louisiana Gumbo. With ingredients straight out of Louisiana and my house made smoked sausage, you’ll be finding yourself doing the Cajun two step in no time.
Limited supply.
$15 a quart.
Simply reheat and serve over rice, red beans and rice or eat by itself. It’s amazing however you serve.

Rough trial batch of hot honey all beef sausage… WOW!!!!!!! I wish I had someone to share this stuff with this evening. Man, if you thought my jalapeño cheddar sausage was good… just wait. Wow!!!

These were done in a collagen casing and smoked a bit too long. Hence all the juices everywhere. But it was just a trial run to test flavor. NAILED IT!!!

Looking at doing some Wagyu briskets. These would only be smoked and sold whole. Could be sold hot and fresh or vacuum sealed with reheating instructions. They would run $320-450 each. Ranging from 6-10pounds. These would be ideal for party’s that you want the best to impress your guests or to simply enjoy the best. The marbling creates the juiciest slice of brisket you can imagine and rich and full of flavor.
