We are dazzling with gratitude for being able to host Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central PA's 8th Annual Diamonds and Denim Ladies Night Out event!
Over 300 ladies gathered to enjoy a lovely evening filled with fundraising raffles, delectable food and refreshments and meaningful connection. This special event supports Ronald McDonald House's mission of providing essential services to strengthen families when children need essential medical care. This organization becomes the home away from home for countless families in need.
What an honor it was to be a part in celebrating these incredible women and impactful organization!
The event's Diamond Sponsors included Penn State Health and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Earlier this month we had the honor to host A Night of Hope - an annual fundraising event produced by Radiant Hope, a PA-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to support and encourage those whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
Our Grand Sperry Ballroom was beaming with hope-filled energy and incredible humans who are making a positive difference in so many lives.

As we honor and celebrate all of the women in our lives who provide caring, nurturing, mothering support day in and day out, we are reminded of the special story behind the antique vanity in our Bridal Dressing Room.

This gorgeous piece of furniture belonged to the beloved Mother of our Mansion's owner. Her name was Ellie and she was the embodiment of unconditional love. Her presence is felt every time we walk into this room and know that her loving energy emanates throughout the entire property.

Having been lovingly restored, this sentimental treasure fits perfectly into the space and adds a feeling of home and motherly love to all who witness it!

✨ Meet Anthony Bianco, our new Executive Chef and General Manager! ✨
The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion is thrilled to announce Anthony Bianco as our new Executive Chef and General Manager. Anthony served as the Executive Chef at the Hilton Harrisburg prior to joining our team this March. Over Chef Bianco’s 16 year career with the Hilton, he led the culinary visions of two of downtown Harrisburg’s highly rated dining establishments, 1700 Degrees Steakhouse and Ad Lib Craft Kitchen and Bar, as well as overseeing the Hilton’s culinary offerings within their Banquet and Catering department. Anthony will develop and execute our in-house culinary services for future clients, as well as oversee our day-to-day operations and forthcoming Food and Beverage programming.
We are honored to have Anthony be a part of our team and for the level of expertise, talent, and leadership that he brings to our venue!
As for 2024, The JDK Group Catering & Events, who has been our exclusive caterer since 2021, will continue to service clients while Anthony develops our culinary program and staff. We are grateful for all that The JDK Group has done to service our venue in partnership with us to provide exquisite culinary menus to our clients.
The decision to take our culinary program in-house was one which was always the ultimate goal for our property and the time was right to go that direction when Anthony became a possibility. We look forward to a great year and to the next step in providing our clients with a unique and special culinary experience under Anthony’s direction!
