Well it’s just another day in the life of Apocalypse Chow.

Last night our cart was vandalized and cooking equipment stolen, rendering us inoperable. We’ll be closed until further notice for repairs. 😩😩😩😩

Have you tried our queso? We make it from scratch using cream cheese and Monterrey Jack, fresh shallots and jalapeños, and a touch of chipotle. In-house favorite: add our pulled pork Bulgogi to zombie nachos for a satisfying explosion of flavor. 🤤🤤🤤

**CHANGES TO CART HOURS THIS WEEK**
Hey, Folks! We’re back from vacation and well-rested. The downtime gave us a chance to reflect a lot on where we’ve been, where we’re at, and where we want to go as a company... we’ve agreed we need to work on some things on the back end that have fallen to the wayside in light of running a food truck and fulfilling fire relief meals in the middle of a pandemic and an employment crisis. Therefore, we’re taking another week off to work on some things that will make us better prepared for current and future success. We didn’t make this decision easily, as a top priority for us is achieving consistency and reliability for our customers. So, thank you for bearing with us... we miss you... and thank you for all the support.

We’re turning down the heat today with a special Chill Out menu.....Mango shrimp ceviche.....A beautiful charcuterie spread with soppressata, Italian prosciutto, manchego, double cream Brie, candied Marcona almonds, Meyer lemon marmalade, lavender chèvre, watermelon-mint-feta salad, with gluten-free crackers ..Hasta La Pasta, Baby! It’s back for a limited time! Pasta tossed in cilantro pesto, toasted pumpkin seeds, cotija, and chipotle crema with Apocalypse Chicken add-on..Watermelon mint lemonade...!..queso, nachos, and bento are also available...

We have a special Cool Down Menu for you this week! To give our cart goblins a bit of a break from the heat, we’re packing away the griddle and offering some delicious and refreshing chilled lunch items.... like this delicious mango shrimp ceviche.

Until further notice, we will be closed Tuesdays while we continue to fulfill orders for Rogue Food Unites. We will also be closed this Thursday for an off-site event.
