Make the most of your IV therapy appointment!

1️⃣ Completing the intake form and health history is the first step to ensure it is safe for you to receive IV vitamin therapy.

2️⃣ Even though you are receiving IV fluids, it is still important to stay hydrated before and after your IV therapy.

3️⃣ Eating a small meal before your IV vitamin therapy may be helpful in preventing any possible upset stomach or GI issues. Even though IV therapy bypasses the GI tract you are receiving highly concentrated vitamins directly into your bloodstream which may or may not cause GI symptoms.

4️⃣ Wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing so that your arm is easily accessible.

5️⃣ Allow approximately 45 minutes of relaxation and rejuvenating IV therapy. Enjoy a complementary eye mask or use our heated eye mask/massager to block out the hustle and bustle of your day while you’re receiving your treatment.
