How I started and why?
I have been boiling crawfish and shrimp throughout my college years and present day, for friends and family. I have always enjoyed having get togethers and throwing a good cajun crawfish and shrimp boil. Word got out and spread from boils I did at home and voluntarily did for several folks in the local area. I started to get events from friends and their friends such as birthday parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, and business meetings and parties. Now I decided to start KL’s Crawfish & Shrimp Boils. This is a side venue that I decided to do when I’m not busy with my full-time job in the crop insurance business. I will charge by the person depending on the menu selection, headcount, and venue. Shrimp and crawfish prices vary during the year.
Crawfish season normally runs between February and July depending on the weather.
