Cowboy Chef in the Community | Brandon Milam Leading with Heart
At Catered Dish, community is at the core of everything we do—and no one represents that better than our owner, Cowboy Chef Brandon Milam.
As a member of the Leadership Brevard Class of 2025 powered by LEAD Brevard, Brandon has spent the past year growing alongside an inspiring group of local leaders, each committed to making a difference right here in Brevard County. Through their Community Acceleration Projects, Brandon and a few of his classmates partnered with Aging Matters in Brevard, working to support and uplift the seniors in our community.
For Brandon, leadership isn’t just about professional growth—it’s about rolling up your sleeves, making meaningful connections, and using your gifts to serve others.
As the project comes to a close, Chef Brandon shared a heartfelt message with his classmates:
“To the Leadership Brevard Class of 2025—thank you for showing up, giving back, and leading with heart in partnership with the 9 nonprofits this year. More specifically, to those who served on the Aging Matters in Brevard project with me—I couldn’t be more proud of the work we accomplished together, and I’m looking forward to continuing to serve the community alongside you!” – Chef Brandon Milam
Whether in the kitchen or out in the community, Brandon leads with purpose—and we’re so proud to be part of the journey.
