within our website or on social media are from our standard production runs. We pride ourselves on producing funny, scary, enticing and sometimes creepy characters you can become to entertain your customers, friends and guests. Our Masks and Costumes have been worn and used by a variety of actors in major motion pictures, TV movies, television shows, YouTube, Social media sites, Haunted Houses, Amusement Parks, Theaters and most importantly for Halloween Parties, Trick or Treating and Carnivals. We use the same care in the design and manufacturing of our costumes and accessories. They are all hand-crafted with the idea of keeping the actor comfortable and in character for long periods of time. You will find all of our products to be extremely durable and flexible with one size fitting most. Here is a brief History of our Passion. In 1974, Phil and Bob Zagone decided to make the best Halloween masks possible. They hired a young talented artist, Bill Ystrom, whose creativity and talent helped them realize their vision. They put Phil’s 3 sons – Phil Jr., Tony and Rich – to work, packing boxes and sweeping floors. The company they built became the industry leader in premium Halloween masks. In 2005, the Zagone sons came to form Zagone Studios, LLC taking over the family legacy started by Phil and Bob Zagone. Zagone Studios is proud to continue the legacy by producing the next generation of innovative and high-quality Masks, Accessories and Costumes for actors everywhere.
1974 - 1/2 latex, 1/2 ventilated fur fabric
1977 - 1/2 latex , 1/2 hood with Velcro
1983 - 1/2 latex with knit stocking hat
1987 - Moving latex on stretch fabric "sock"
1992 - Moving mouth latex with baseball cap
1993 - Elastic harness, full mouth movement
2005 - Short hair elasticized custom fit hairline
2010 - Supersoft with amazing fit & movement.
2015-Supersoft and hard latex Combo Mask
2016 –The Comfortable Moving mouth harness masks with extended Horns

It is with very heavy hearts we wish to inform our family and friends in the Halloween Industry of the passing of Phillip Anthony Zagone, one of the Founders of Be Something Studios and Father to Phil Jr., Tony, Rich, and Grandfather to Michael.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 12th from 4:00p-8:00p at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home. 6150 N- Cicero Ave in Chicago.

A Mass will be held Thursday, June 13th at
10:00am at Queen of All Saints Basilica
6280 N. Sauganash, Chicago IL

In lieu of flowers please make donations to American Heart association or Lurie Cancer Center.
