We pride ourselves on producing funny, scary, enticing and sometimes creepy characters you can become to entertain your customers, friends and guests. Our Masks and Costumes have been worn and used by a variety of actors in major motion pictures, TV movies, television shows, YouTube, Social media sites, Haunted Houses, Amusement Parks, Theaters and most importantly for Halloween Parties, Trick or Treating and Carnivals. We use the same care in the design and manufacturing of our costumes and accessories. They are all hand-crafted with the idea of keeping the actor comfortable and in character for long periods of time. You will find all of our products to be extremely durable and flexible with one size fitting most. Here is a brief History of our Passion. In 1974, Phil and Bob Zagone decided to make the best Halloween masks possible. They hired a young talented artist, Bill Ystrom, whose creativity and talent helped them realize their vision. They put Phil’s 3 sons – Phil Jr., Tony and Rich – to work, packing boxes and sweeping floors. The company they built became the industry leader in premium Halloween masks. In 2005, the Zagone sons came to form Zagone Studios, LLC taking over the family legacy started by Phil and Bob Zagone. Zagone Studios is proud to continue the legacy by producing the next generation of innovative and high-quality Masks, Accessories and Costumes for actors everywhere.
