Today we invite our cast to step outside our regular dress code to extend our love and support to one of our MYB families.

Dancers will receive a ribbon to wear at rehearsal tonight at check in. We ask you please be patient during check in at this will take an extra moment.

We are proud to introduce, the ever so humble Elise as our 2024 Snow Queen.

From a tiny cherub with a halo too big for her tiny head, to now adjusting her tiara after trying on her Snow Queen costume....🥲 we're not crying, you are!

It has been an absolute pleasure watching this beauty grow as a dancer year after year.

Elise, your hard work has paid off and we hope you are proud because we all sure are! You EARNED this!

We cannot wait to watch Elise's big debut as Snow Queen in less than a month!

We are thrilled to formally announce, Miss Emily Chagnon, as our newest Co-Directors' Assistant.

Our long-time MYB community members may recognize Emily as she has performed in our production for the past 12 years earning various roles such as Angel Queen, Snow, Gum Drop, and Flower. As a MYB Alumni, we have the upmost pleasure of having Miss Emily lend her talents to us in both our Community performance and on the main stage as a Party Parent.

Emily is currently pursing a Dance Minor at Bridgewater State University, along with working towards a major in Communications with a specialty in Film/ Video Production, and secondary minor in Childhood Studies.

We are honored to have Miss Emily serve as a role model to our dancers. Emily is as beautiful of a person and dancer as she is on the outside. You have done such a wonderful job making our dancers feel so special each rehearsal. We cannot wait to watch you continue to grow with us!

Although it is incredible to watch someone hit chaînes after chaînes after chaînes after chaînes....

We are NEVER I repeat NEVER going to ask one of our dancers to perform 10+ chaînes in a row.

If anything it makes us scared, makes us dizzy...but mostly makes us scared. We don't need anyone getting hurt before we even make it to week one 😫

We WOULD much rather see our dancers perform one chaînes at a time displaying proper technique. 🏆

It is thanks to the selflessness of our brave veterans that we remain free to do what we love.

Next time you see a veteran, (you can usually tell by their baseball cap) take a minute to say "Thank you for your service".

You wouldn't believe how powerful and meaningful just a few words can be to show respect and gratitude for a Veteran's bravery, sacrifice, and dedication to our country.

At MYB we celebrate our Veterans not only on November 11th but everyday.

Thank you! Thank you to our DANCERS for their positive attitudes this year, their energy and their passion. For helping out SO MUCH during rehearsals and back stage this weekend. We appreciate you so much and love the joy you brought to this season. It was truly incredible. Our MYB family is truly magical. We love you! Thank you to our volunteers for making it truly one the smoothest shows ever. Thank you to our audience and community who brought joy and excitement watching our girls. Your cheers and support boost the girls up even when they are exhausted! Thank you @julietbrown_ and @dedanseclassique for a truly amazing performance and for inspiring our dancers. Your kindness and support went so far backstage. The dancers were so entranced by your dancing and your interactions with them. Thank you to my fellow board members.
