We are looking for someone who:

Is flexible with scheduling-don't be a clock watcher

Job Description:
Management of service staff
* Hands-on involvement with all banquets
* Set up of banquet rooms
* Serve as a liaison between higher management and service staff
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of the events

All candidates must have at least 5 years of experience on a management position in an upscale hospitality establishment.
Must be computer literate, well spoken and fluent in English.

-Experience with managing FOH staff, including training, and ensuring that FOH staff is maintaining the high standards of service
-Ability to motivate and lead a FOH staff, while managing multiple rooms/dining areas
-Able to work nights and weekends
-Experience managing large parties
-Ideal Candidate should represent true Hospitality; be approachable, warm, and inviting. We pride ourselves in the warm, family feel of our restaurant and feel this is something that sets us apart
