Contact me today to help coordinate or plan your wedding! Here is a guide to how the process will go.
*Initial Consult
Once you inquire, I schedule a consult with you. I want to make sure we are a fabulous fit and can do everything your heart desires before we commit to each other!
*Planning & Design Meetings
I include 3 standard meetings and event production (described below) in all of our Wedding Management Services.
1. Make It Happen Meeting
We sit down and chat about the main vendors of the day such as your venue, photographer, caterer, DJ, rentals, etc. We make sure that the big budget eaters are out of the way. We will also begin discussing the timeline, staffing, and logistics to make sure your day goes as smooth as possible!
2. Make It Pretty Meeting
This is my favorite part! If possible, we do a walk through at your venue and talk about the flowers, stationery, colors, layout, and overall look. We make sure all of the little details and wedding essentials are something you will love!
3. Wrap Up Meeting
We are in the home stretch. Let's pull this wedding together! We talk about all of those dirty details, finalize your layout, and timeline. Then, I will distribute the info to the other vendors to make sure we are all on the same page!
*Rehearsal
We knock out how your ceremony will go, who will stand where, and who walks with who down the aisle. Now everyone knows exactly what to do the next day!
*Wedding Day!
I am here for the long haul! You get up to 12 hours that day which is normally plenty of time. We will talk about your day and make sure that is enough time to ensure the day will be fabulous!
