We are blessed and grateful to be known as "the MOST peaceful place".

Our cabins are equipped with heating/air conditioning, Queen size bed, full bathroom, needed linens, kitchenette (frig/freezer, toaster, microwave, hotplate, crockpot, potspans, etc
Basically all you need to bring is your tired soul, food, charcoal and lighter fluid and get ready to enjoy the peacefulness of nature.
Our cabins do NOT have televisions, internet or cell service (high-speed internet/cell service available at the Gathering Barn porches as well as board games and Co****le).
Upon making reservation we make sure you have our contact numbers to give to family/friends in an emergency.

Its Flag Day America!

Did you know...

Back in 1885 a Wisconsin school teacher, BJ Cigrand, upon realizing that it was the 108 anniversary of the official adoption of the our Stars and Stripes, gathered her students together to start celebrating our Flag's Birthday. This celebration continued for years to come.

Inspired by decades of celebrating the American Flag's Birthday, President Woodrow Wilson officially established Flag Day by the proclamation of 1916.

In 1949 President Truman signed the Act of Congress designating June 14th of each year as National Flag Day.

Despite the congressional and presidential push, Flag Day has remained an unofficial federal holiday. Each year, it is up to the discretion of the President to proclaim the observance of the special day.

Update: So in case you don't know, this is a joke going around the Nashville area. Someone's pet zebra "Mr Ed" got loose in Nashville and they are having trouble catching it. There have been sightings but now it's a fake "sightings" trend going around.

Exciting news! Remembering WW2:Living History, Education & Honor Event takes place on the streets of Linden, TN September 27th and we currently have cabins available for that weekend.
This is such an amazing weekend that you don't want to miss. They will have 2 reenactments, an encampment, live music from the 40s, veterans sharing their personal stories and so much more!
Our cabins are located less than 8 miles away from this wonderful event, in a peacefully quiet, country setting, on 34.5 acres of pure beauty. Each cabin has a queen-size bed, full bathroom, kitchenette (frig/toaster/hotplate/crockpot/microwave, coffee maker/grill...) and a padded sleeping loft with sleeping bags over the porch.While on the property, enjoy some time on the porches at the Gathering Barn, play a game of Co****le or just enjoy looking at the old antiques scattered about.
