✨ Some couples have decided guests counts between the range of 25-100 guests. Intimate Weddings are becoming more popular, with just a few family and friends. This gives the couple an opportunity to splurge in other avenues such as decor, entertainment or food.
✨Some couples are choosing no bridal party, 1-3 individuals to be apart of the bridal party, or a seated bridal after their walk down the aisle.
✨Dress Change: Some brides prefer to change in a second dress or pants for the during the wedding reception. Their goal is be comfortable, and yet still eye-catching.
✨Color Palettes are huge this year, most guests are asked to consider wearing a dress code, whether, its black tie, sun dresses and linen or neutral colors.
✨Signature drinks and appetizers are always a hit, and if you’re a huge party couple. “The after party takes the cake”.

Life before and after planning your wedding day!
✨Create a reasonable budget
✨Hire a Professional Wedding Planner that understands the budgets, what venue options the choose, negotiate contracts etc.
✨if you have a desire to book certain vendors, book them ahead of time.
✨Your planner should provide you a checklist, and contact you periodically for any questions or concerns. Secondly, do not hesitate to contact your planner, when needed.
✨During the planning process, life happens take a break when needed, to gather your thoughts and emotions.
✨Wedding Day, have fun, relax, and allow your vendors team to work in their element.
✨After the wedding day, set appointments with the DMV, Social Security Office, Banks etc., to update your last name,(ladies) to add any additional signers, etc. Also, consider speaking with an attorney to put in place a living will, a will, setup a life insurance policies for both parties etc.
✨ Last but not least, schedule date nights for you and your spouse, and when needed always take you some me time. REST!!

A few things you will need for your wedding reception:

✨Great food and drinks are a must, request a tasting ahead of time before you choose your caterer. Also, presentation matters.
✨If you know that you have a fun wedding party and guests, ensure that your DJ will match the energy of your style as well as ensure that he or she is dressed appropriately for the evening. (Ex: A dress shirt and slacks are appropriate.)
✨Decor: Choose decorations that complement your wedding theme and colors, creating a beautiful ambiance for your guests.
✨ Photography and Videography: Hire a professional photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments of your reception.
✨Thank-You Notes: Plan to send thank-you notes to your guests after the wedding to express your gratitude for their presence and gifts.
