Crawfish Cabin has closed for the 2024 season. We will be back February 2025, when the crawfish are ready for the cooker again. A big thanks from us to you for your great support. We added and introduced a lot of new faces to the Crawfish Cabin experience!

The only thing hotter this weekend then the temps is our Louisianna style crawfish and shrimp. Crawfish Cabin will be selling this Saturday and Sunday at Houston Levee and Walnut Grove intersection. We will be open Saturday from 11:30 until 6pm or when we sell out. We will be back out on Sunday, beginning at 1130 until, we run out. This will be our last weekend to sell for the 2024 season. Thank you for your support this season!!

Come see us this weekend for spicy crawfish and shrimp. Give the Cajun spicy sausage on a bun or Cajun spicy sausage combo a try. You will not be disappointed. Sadly, this might be the last weekend of the season due to the supply of crawfish from Louisiana drying up. We have learned this week that farmers are discontinuing their harvest early, to make sure they can rebound next year from this season's drought. We have a limited supply this weekend, so come see us before the season ends. Thanks..........

Crawfish Cabin has another event to attend to today and will not be selling at our Houston Levee and Walnut Grove location today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Come see us this Saturday and Sunday from 1130 until 6pm for some of the best tasting Louisiana style crawfish in the Mid South. (Rain or Shine) We will be selling along with the crawfish, spicy potatoes, corn and sausage. We will also be offering our popular Cajun sausage on a bun or as a plate with corn and potatoes.

Rare blue crawfish do exist, and they never go in the pot.

Come see us this weekend. Crawfish availability and cost has improved, which has allowed us to drop our cooked pound price to 9 dollars a pound. We should have plenty to meet the demand this weekend. Also, this week we are going to give away 10 pounds of cooked with four sides to one lucky customer. Each customer will receive a ticket number at the time of purchase. We will announce the lucky winner on FB on Monday, April 22nd. Houston Levee and Walnut Grove road............

The weather is terrible today, but this weekend will bring a taste of summer. Come see us for your crawfish fix. We will be offering spicy Louisianna style crawfish and all your favorite sides of corn, potatoes and sausage. We will also be offering our spicy Cajun sausage on bun, which is a combo taste of spicy and savory. You can call or text in advance for orders greater than 20 pounds. See you this weekend. Place your order and wait in your car, if it is a little to breezy. It looks like the rain and wind will be out of here and the sun will be shinning.........We will be selling our spicy Crawfish, Shrimp and all of the Fixins that our customers state is the best in the area. Prices are also starting to come down. This weekend our price for a pound of cooked crawfish will be 10 dollars a pound!!! Come see us at Walnut Grove and Houston Levee. We use only the best ingredients in our boil mix. Come taste the difference for yourself.

A big thanks to everyone that came out to see us on our opening weekend. It was great to see so many familiar faces. Your support was appreciated. Crawfish Cabin will be selling again this weekend Saturday, March 9th and Sunday, March 10th from 11 am until we sell out. We have been able to obtain a greater quantity of crawfish for this weekend. This weekend's crawfish price will be 11 dollars a pound. We will be located at our usual location, where Walnut Grove dead ends into Houston Levee. Crawfish season 2024😀is almost upon us, but unfortunately it is going to be a very unusual season this year. If you have not heard, Lusianna experienced a severe drought, coupled with the artic blast of last month has severely crippled the crop availability and skyrocketed the wholesale price by 150 percent plus. Crawfish are selling upwards of 13 dollars a pound boiled in Louisiana. We hope crawfish prices will drop as the season progresses, but that remains to be seen. We might have to begin the season with just shrimp and crab legs to go along with our boil side offerings. We will post our start date as soon as we know our supplier's product availability.
