Chef’s Rant...

When searchiing for/hiring a chef/caterer, please have a budget in mind. Always know what you are willing to spend for your food experience. Dont allow a quote to silence you. Be honest & upfront at all times. Sometimes your budget calls for a cook or your favorite auntie to assist. Last minute bookings have last minute fees attached. You are paying for more than just food but you are paying for my time & worth, as well. It is called an experience. I can’t speak for any other Chef but I can say for me, respectfully, that I am not trying to bust your head with my prices. I offer an experience with my food packages and you will pay for that. Have an awesome day!! Eat, love, and eat again, if you want!!!

Operation Release A Whole Person!!!

Meals for the Week:

1. Salmon & Shrimp Salad (Spinach, Spring Mix, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Black Olives)

2. Blackened Ribeye (Medium) & Stuffed Eggs

3. Skillet Turkey Cutlets & Parmesan Green Beans w/Brown Rice (not pictured)

4. Ground Beef & Black Beans (Seasoned with Cumin and Taco Seasonings) Wraps w/Pico de Gallo & Spinach/Avocado (not pictured)

5. Snacks (2x Daily) Mixed Nuts w/An Apple or Orange & A Protein Shake

I am on this journey of healing everything through my weight release experience. I now get 7-8 hours of sleep. I drink half my body weight (which is 350lbs) worth of water. So that is 175 oz (a gallon and an half) of Alkaline water that I consume each day. I walk at least 4 times a week and I don't count miles but I count minutes (this works for me). I will be incorporating strength training soon. Oh, and mind my mind. So if it looks like conflict or drama or trauma, I'm dismissing my self from the equation. Hope this helps you see my new and now!! Oh, and I don't deprive. If I want something, I get it and eat it and enjoy it lol.
