We are seeking a dedicated Paintball Field Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct interaction with the public in various weather conditions and a fast-paced, tactical environment. The primary responsibility is to ensure the enforcement of facility rules and the safety of every player. Additionally, preserving our facilities and equipment is of utmost importance, followed by enhancing the enjoyment of our participants.

Successful candidates should demonstrate punctuality, robust physical health, reliable mobility, adaptability to changing situations, and possess knowledge of basic first aid.

Strong communication skills and decisive judgement are also key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility, including setup and teardown.
- Detailed explanation, implementation, and supervision of specific games, directly involved within the gameplay itself.
- Protection of players from excessive hits, potentially taking paintball hits that an outgoing player might otherwise receive.
- Additional duties, following appropriate training, may include supervision of the chronograph station, tank refilling, and minor equipment repair.

We will provide you with all necessary equipment including referee goggles, whistle, rags, and any other items required to perform your duties effectively. Also, we ensure you'll have ample water supply for hydration. It's essential to maintain a courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with the public.
