I’m sitting here looking over my Thanksgiving spreadsheet,menu, shopping list, guest list, table settings, cooking schedule… all the things that make this week both chaotic and beautiful, and I had a thought.

What actually makes a Thanksgiving table extraordinary?
Is it the perfect place setting, the flowers, the candlelight, the dishes cooked to perfection? Those things are lovely, but I think it’s something deeper.

It’s the people we gather with…
the gratitude we carry into the day…
the heart posture behind every dish we prepare and every seat we set.

Are we thankful for the chance to host?
Thankful for the privilege of preparing a meal?
Thankful for the gift of being surrounded by people we love?

I know I am.
And I hope you find a quiet moment this season to pause and truly feel the weight of all there is to be grateful for.

Kelli and Jeff’s welcome party was a true Southern dream. Guests arrived in style on a vintage 1950s Super Coach that matched the aesthetic of the evening, setting the tone for a night filled with charm and intention. As they stepped onto the grounds of the stunning Mansion at Rose Hill in Bluffton, they were greeted with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the lawn, wrapped in the glow of the Lowcountry sunset.

The evening continued with an elegant tented dinner followed by the sweetest toasts, creating an intimate and meaningful start to a beautiful wedding weekend spent with their closest family and friends.

As an artist, Olivia has such a fun eye for design, and I loved watching her vision come to life, from the monogrammed napkins to the antique China, every detail was perfect!

Let’s take a moment to admire Olivia’s insanely gorgeous vintage wedding gown!!

A note from the bride about her beloved one of a kind dress:
“I have forever admired anything vintage from the craftsmanship to design, there is something magical about the timelessness. I saw a photo of a vintage Catherine Rayner gown I loved but couldn’t find it anywhere, but thanks to my planner and her connections she had a friend who was selling one. It fit perfectly and I knew a tailor who could add the florals that were missing from it that I originally loved with the first gown I saw and take out some layers to give it a more modern Column look. It turned out perfectly and I will forever treasure such a timeless piece!”

A vintage dream brought back to life. Delicate, romantic, and effortlessly timeless! Proof that when something is meant for you, it always finds its way!

This is 36.
I know in our culture it’s almost taboo for women to share their age, but honestly, I quite enjoy getting older, it’s a blessing. My 30s have been the best years of my life, and they just continue to get sweeter. Not because my circumstances are perfect, or because there is no hardship, or because I have it all figured out, but because I am firm in my foundation and secure in God’s love for me. It has been a journey to arrive at this place, but I am so, so grateful.

This past year has been one of the sweetest of my life, full of adventures, lessons, laughter, and countless sweet memories with my children. I can look back and see God’s hand in every detail, weaving things together in ways I never could have planned on my own.

As I step into this next year, my heart is full of gratitude. I don’t know all that’s ahead, but I do know the One who goes before me. What a gift it is to wake up each day with the opportunity to love, serve, and walk this journey alongside all of you.

Here’s to another year of growth, grace, and gratitude. May my life continue to be a reflection of His goodness.

I woke up to crisp fall air in Alaska this morning and immediately thought of this magical fall editorial in Jackson Hole, a shoot that quite literally changed my business.

There’s a lot of talk in our industry about styled shoots and how to use them, but here’s my take: honesty matters. If it’s a styled shoot, say so.

This one was a turning point for me. I had the chance to collaborate with some of the most talented vendors in the industry, create without limits, and build relationships that continue to shape my career today.

Styled shoots give you the freedom to dream boldly, refine your craft, and try things you would never attempt for the first time on a wedding day. For me, the growth, the inspiration, and the connection made it invaluable.

About Me

Thinking back to my earliest memories, I have always had a fascination with weddings. I remember asking my mom to buy me wedding magazines every time we went to the grocery store and I still have a large collection of them back at home. Over the past few years I have helped my very dear friend take pictures at weddings as her second shooter and coordinator. It is through this that my passion for weddings has been stirred once again. I absolutely love brides and have a heart to make their day as meaningful and stress free as possible! The wedding season is a time of hope for the future and excitement for all that is surrounding it. However with all the excitement comes stress from all the hundreds of decisions that must be made. Between budgeting, vendors, venues, schedules, Pinterest, color schemes, bridesmaids, family, flowers, food.... the choices and options are endless! I truly believe that with the right tools the stress of making these decisions can be eliminated. It is my passion and goal to help every bride I can thoroughly enjoy their wedding season no matter the budget. With lots of prayer, love and list making let’s make your wedding great!!
