Hi friends, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Latham—wife, momma of three, military spouse, and currently living in beautiful Alaska. Life here is an adventure, and we love it! We also love to travel, and one of the places closest to my heart is Jackson Hole. I’ll be back there in just two weeks and truly can’t wait.

I love to write. I love to connect. I believe deeply in encouraging others and living intentionally. This world is noisy, but we all have a reason behind what we do—and I’m always striving to keep that purpose at the forefront.

This piece has been stirring in me for a while, born out of deep admiration and a desire to bring more clarity, compassion, and respect to one of the most misunderstood parts of the wedding industry: the floral proposal.

What does Easter mean to me?
Everything.

Today, on Good Friday, we remember the cross—not just as a symbol of sacrifice, but of substitution. Jesus, the spotless Lamb, bore the wrath I deserved so that I might stand justified before a holy God. This day is weighty because it reminds us of the cost of grace.

But Sunday is coming.
And with it comes the unshakable hope of the resurrection. Christ didn’t stay in the grave—He rose, conquering sin and death once and for all. That victory is the foundation of my life.

Without Jesus, I could never have built anything meaningful, walked through seasons of joy, or endured seasons of suffering. He is my strength, my portion, and the reason I have hope in every season.

This weekend, I encourage you to slow down. Reflect. Rejoice. Soak in time with your loved ones and don’t miss the opportunity to remember the ultimate sacrifice that secured our freedom—not just our Christian liberties, but our eternal liberty in Christ.

“But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Hey friends,
I just wanted to check in. How are you really doing?

If most of us were honest, I think we’d admit we’re feeling a little uncertain… maybe even frustrated or afraid of what’s ahead. I’ve had so many conversations lately that all seem to echo this same sentiment—and it’s been on my heart to say something here.

The truth is, this world has always been wild and unpredictable. That’s nothing new. But that’s exactly why it’s so important that our faith rests not in what changes—but in Who never does.

James 1:5–6 has been a steady anchor for me: “But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind.”

I’ve been praying that we would all have wisdom grounded in faith, not fear—and that we wouldn’t be tossed about by the waves of uncertainty crashing around us.

To those of you hanging on by a thread, wondering if it’s time to quit—I see you. I hear you. But I want to gently remind you to look at your blessings, not just the burdens. Remember why you started. Remember the courage God gave you then—and believe that He can sustain you now. He may even open doors you never imagined.
Friend, His ways are not our ways. But they are good. They are trustworthy.
And I say this not as someone who has it all figured out, but as a living, breathing testimony of His faithfulness.
Keep going. You’re not alone.

As the sun set over the Tetons, family and friends gathered to celebrate, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A particularly special moment? About Me

Thinking back to my earliest memories, I have always had a fascination with weddings. I remember asking my mom to buy me wedding magazines every time we went to the grocery store and I still have a large collection of them back at home. Over the past few years I have helped my very dear friend take pictures at weddings as her second shooter and coordinator. It is through this that my passion for weddings has been stirred once again. I absolutely love brides and have a heart to make their day as meaningful and stress free as possible! The wedding season is a time of hope for the future and excitement for all that is surrounding it. However with all the excitement comes stress from all the hundreds of decisions that must be made. Between budgeting, vendors, venues, schedules, Pinterest, color schemes, bridesmaids, family, flowers, food.... the choices and options are endless! I truly believe that with the right tools the stress of making these decisions can be eliminated. It is my passion and goal to help every bride I can thoroughly enjoy their wedding season no matter the budget. With lots of prayer, love and list making let’s make your wedding great!!
