In March 2012, after 95 years serving Memphis exclusively as a dry cleaners, Drake Cleaners' co-owner, Sandy Jacobs, opened A Better Fit Bridal Alterations. A Better Fit offers alteration services for the entire bridal party (brides, bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, flower girls, grooms, groomsmen, fathers of the bride and groom, and ring bearers). Bridal gown cleaning and preservation services are also available.

We love hearing from our happy brides and families after their big day! Check out the video of Anne Besler's daughter Maggie and her new husband Same dancing on their wedding day. "THANK YOU Carolyn - My daughter Maggie was married April 21st in Memphis and you repaired- and recreated a beautiful bustle on her satin wedding dress. She had been disappointed with the first bustle. We knew that it had to be changed for her to really enjoy her day and show off her beautiful gown. You did a fabulous job. The bustle hung beautifully held though the whole nights dancing, and she had the "dress she could twirl in".
