Chick-fil-A Poplar Avenue It all started in 1946, when Truett Cathy opened his first restaurant, The Dwarf Grill, in Hapeville, Georgia. Cathy founded Chick-fil-A, Inc.

Credited with inventing Chick-fil-A's boneless breast of chicken sandwich, Mr. in the early 1960s and pioneered the establishment of restaurants in shopping malls with the opening of the first Chick-fil-A Restaurant at a mall in suburban Atlanta in 1967. Since then, Chick-fil-A has steadily grown to become the second largest quick-service chicken restaurant chain in the United States, with over 1,

500 locations in 39 states and Washington, D.C. In 2010, annual sales were over $3.5 billion. Chick-fil-A is still privately held and family owned.\n\nWith 43 consecutive years of positive sales growth, Chick-fil-A has set itself apart by pioneering innovations and delicious products\u2014including the ever-popular Chick-fil-A\u00ae Chicken Sandwich.

It's DRESS DRIVE season! ✨👗✨ Please consider donating new or gently worn prom or formal dresses on Saturday, February 8th at one of our (9) participating Chick-fil-A Mid-South Dress Drive Collection locations. Please drop off between 11 AM and 3 PM. Dresses will fill a beautiful closet at the Her Prom Closet event this March which will make prom dreams come true for area seniors, who otherwise would not be able to attend their proms. The first 50 guests to donate a useable, dry cleaned, new or gently worn prom or formal dress at one of our select dress drive collection events will receive a Chick-fil-A promotional offer card for a free chicken biscuit.
