The Beginning
Our story began a year ago, when I was pregnant with my now one year old. I was pondering about my life as a new mom, and exactly what kind of mom I would be. I was recently promoted to an individual contributor position, my husband and I bought a home, and I was beaming with excitement! Being a homeowner, a wife with another full time job, AND a growing belly; life was hectic, to say the least. As I begin to embrace the idea of me being a fabulous mother of a tiny person, I started to get creative. My creativity began with buying paper mache letters and paint. After that, I invested in a Cricut machine, and started making shirts for family and friends. I didn’t stop there, I expanded and started decorating parties for people. Though, I dabbled in many things in the beginning, I realized that I thoroughly enjoyed event planning, and decorating. When someone gives me their vision, I take pride and care in how I plan to execute it. After a handful of event planning, design and decorating jobs, I am finally able to say that I have found my passion, and have the time and resources to make it reality. I have big plans and goals in mind, and I will not stop until I achieve all of them. I am excited that I followed through with my dream, and launched Ideas Into Reality.
