Blue cheese is known for it’s semi-soft, creamy and BOLD flavors making it a favorite for some, and hard pass for others.

If your skeptical, I challenge you to give another try. The creaminess of this cheese pairs well with fresh fruit such as ripe pears or grapes, along with a generous drizzle of honey or jam.🍯 🍇✨
