Don’t forget to get your turkey applications in by Tuesday night! 

When it comes to turkey, it's time to stop thinking about leftovers and start planning for the upcoming year!

This is a reminder that the deadline to submit harvest authorization applications for the 2025 spring turkey season is 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10.

You can apply for two time period and zone combinations you hope to hunt or purchase preference points for a future drawing.

Wisconsin's pheasant hunting season is stocked with opportunity!

This year, the DNR plans to release around 75,000 birds across 80 properties throughout the state.

Depending on production levels, we’ll release pheasants prior to and after the season opens on Saturday, Oct. 19, at 9 a.m.

Remember, hunters aren’t the only ones out enjoying public lands, so be mindful of other outdoor recreators.
