Head to the Merced County Fairgrounds Fri, 12/20 – Sun, 12/22 for the 2024 – 2025 Merced Hmong New Year from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.! Admission is $5 for adults and $6 for parking. Kids 9 and under are free and seniors 65+ are also free. 🎉 Enjoy food, games, cultural show, sports competitions plus so much more!

Nothing is as sweet as National Cotton Candy Day! We love to indulge on a little bit of cotton candy while at the Merced County Fair. ☁️💙🩷

Fun Fact! According to Guinness World Record, the largest cotton candy ever made weighed over 3,500 lbs. and was created in 2009 by a team in France. They used a custom-built machine and thousands of pounds of sugar!

Our partners at Valley Children's Healthcare can use your help! If you are in the Fresno area between now through 12/19, please consider donating a children’s book to the Valley Children’s Holiday Book Drive at the Fresno Barnes & Noble store! All donations will go back to George’s Book Club initiative which aims to provide books to Valley Children’s patients.

The special 17th Annual Wishes and Dreams fundraiser happens on Sat, 11/16 from 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. in the Yosemite Hall at the Merced County Fairgrounds. The evening will feature a gourmet dinner plus live and silent auctions to benefit the mission of Make-A-Wish® Foundation.

The Make-A-Wish® Foundation’s mission is to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses between the ages of 2 ½ - 18 years of age.

Head to the Merced County Fairgrounds’ Yosemite Hall on Sat, 11/9 from 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. for the Merced Music Festival! The festival will feature performances by West Coast Slave, Main Ingredient, Greg Hills Tribute to the Delfonics and Surface! General admission is $39.19 and VIP is $71.21 (fees included). Meet N’ Greets are also available for $108.55 (fees included). 🎶

It’s still festival season! Head to the Merced County Fairgrounds for YAYA Music Fest happening on Sat, 9/28 from 1 p.m. – 11 p.m.! Enjoy a day full of arts and music, food and more at this ALL-ages event! Tickets range from $18.99 - $118.99. Kids ages 1-10 are free and any person 65+ are also free! Parking is $20 in the 11th Street Parking Lot.
