🆘It’s been over a year since I launched my last challenge. LIFE was challenging enough to put a major pause on any new business ideas and tasks. I felt like I was swimming up current and couldn’t find a way to shore.
☀️As summer hit, I was so excited to be FREE of the 2+ hours of driving but I also had them home with me full-time. I’ll be honest, I did not make the right decisions. The stress of having kids all day, and my husband being out of town almost every week, created a problem with having any time to get extra things done. I felt like I’d lost my mojo to self-growth, was uninspired and checked out. 😭
✨I dig into my actions and figured out why I’m making choices I’m not happy with. I made an active decision to hang up my party hat during the week, limit on the weekends, and tackle some huge goals. My brain fog lifted, workouts improved, relationships improved, my mental state improved, sleep improved, and my drive improved.🤍

All group information will be run in my App (or can access via my website). Classes are online live or recorded for OnDemand; workouts per week and nutrition can range to suit your lifestyle.
