Priorities…a big one for me is working out. 💦
Through this crazy move and all the curveballs, the one that thing grounded me was my workouts. We pulled that moving truck up and I immediately started unpacking (I may or may not have gotten death stares from Gabriel after a 11-hour drive 😂). The one thing on my mind was getting to the workout equipment to be able to coach my Studio peeps the next day. 🙌🏽
I not only enjoy my own workouts but doing them with others and providing resources for people to live healthy and happy lives.
Whether it’s 1-on-1 or as a group, this priority is high on my list. The home-gym is not completely setup but the love it still flowing!

🙈Unfortunately, the fitness industry is fast to pick up people to inspire and influence, but not quick to require knowledge that won’t hurt people. Suddenly everyone’s a fitness expert, and even worse, anyone can get on social media and be a poser/influencer.
I get it, I was once a beginner once too. The difference is this is my career. I live and breathe fitness and take this seriously. I trained hard and worked hard to earn my degree, certifications, and even more, the 23+ years experience behind it to be trusted to help people hit their goals. Before you buy-in to someone who plays the part, why not make sure they can also live the part.🎤👇🏽

If you’re looking for help getting started in a routine, a boost what you already do, or just want to be social and have support...THIS IS FOR YOU!
Here’s what you need to know:
➡Challenge starts Nov. 16th for 6-weeks; $40 to enter. Coaching to set goals, take measurements, and stay on track.
➡Every other Monday, at 5:00pm PT, will be an online. Coaching session (1st on Mon. the 16th). These will be recorded to access at your convenience.
➡4 Nutrition challenges (weeks 2-6); including tips, recipes, personalized macros, and more to help everyone succeed. Support to successfully go through the holidays without falling off.
➡Weekly workouts provided. Live and OnDemand with time allocation that will work in all schedules. Resistance bands strongly are recommended, dumbbells or household items a plus.
➡Private FB group included and weekly emails for support. Not required to be a FB member.
➡Prizes raffled off for those that finish the challenge (must adhere to 80% of the challenge and track progress).
This is not a quick fix; this is a lifestyle change that will teach and cement good habits to live off of.
