We catered an event a week or so and outside of the event they had fresh mini donut trailer.... I was soooooo excited, because if you know me, you know I love donuts!!! Jesie from Holy Oly O's Mini Donuts was great in allowing us to try everything. I think that this is a great idea to have at any event. So, if you want something outside of the box, give her a call. We love what we do, but every once in a while we are truly blessed to cater an event that puts life into perspective. I just wanted to give huge shout out to the Idaho Parents Unlimited, Inc. Since 1985, parents, family members and professionals have joined together for the benefit of children who have disabilities. These amazing people have the greatest gifts that have been given to them and it shows through the kindness of their children. These young men and women were so grateful and their kindness was contagious. We left there with our cups overflowing with love and gratitude. I cannot express to you enough that love will always prevail. I also want to thank The Best Western Vista for hosting this group and Shirley Simmons the Conference Manager for her amazing customer service and being so accommodating to us.

Yesterday we were at the Still Water Hollow open house and we met some incredible vendors. One in particular really stuck out. Kingdom Sunrise specializes in freeze dried candy that they make!! Its a local Idaho company. I thought what a great addition to any dessert bar that you might have. I fell in love with the "lemon head type" candy that they call Kingdom Lemon Crunchies.
