Today's been a day for the books here at The Balkan Gy$py ! I have never made so many GIrls Dreams to the point I can't move my neck! HAHA!
We have 1 more day here at Galice Resort tomorrow. So come on up I loved seeing all your faces today, I appreciate you support so much and Thank you for being so patient. The wait was longer then I would like,but we have 2 new Gypsys that hit the ground running today. I wouldn't have gotten Thru it without them.. Thank you Janelle and Linda you rocked it

This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, treat yourself to our mouthwatering in-house desserts like Baclava Pistachio and walnut, and our frybread cones with cheese, garlic butter, stuffed with Speghetti with or without meat Come and let your taste buds tango with us!

I will be offering Favorites from Big O Spuds, each day the menu will change so we can bring you all the things. Not sure? I will be giving samples

Greetings, esteemed patrons! I am thrilled to announce the launch of my new menu, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the Balkans.
I willbe open for business on the 26th, 27th, and 28th of July at Galice Resort from 11am to 9pm. I shall keep you informed about the live music performances that will take place during these days.
My menu will feature a delectable fusion of traditional Balkan dishes and innovative twists, including the Balkan Gypsy, a frybread cone filled with spaghetti, with or without cheese, and garlic butter.
(Cevapi Tacos)( inhouse grill sausages made withn frybread and onion and Avjar or sour cream as dipping. Fresh baked bread given with most dishes,avjar, chopped onion
(Khachapur)i, one of Georgia's the Region not Usa,favorite dishes frybread boat filled with specialty cheeses topped with Fried egg. I will offer a variety of baked Potatoes,
(Mary had alittle lamb, until the Gypsy stold it) Baked potatoe, cheddar cheese, grilled lamb, elote, carly, served with most dishes.

(Meat cheese and fruit tray) comes with cevapi links, mixed fruits, mixed cheeses, fresh bread

(In-house fresh)(Pistachio/walnut Baklava)! (Croatian Custard)( just like My Baca made)

Greetings, all. I would like to take a moment to share an update on my daughter and her baby. I appreciate the concern and support shown by so many. The baby is still receiving care in the hospital, but I am happy to report that he is improving and making strides towards coming home. Happy Saturday! I'm thrilled to announce that I'm catering for all types of events, including parties, luncheons, and celebrations. Party needs to have 20 or more people I offer a wide range of dishes that cater to various dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
My menu includes these delicious treats like Pistachio Baklava, Pistachio walnut Baklava, Croatian Kremsnite, and more. Additionally, I have rolled ice cream available for those hot summer days.

We use all fresh ingredients, spices and take our time to make sure it tastes traditional. Our Baklava is made with Pistachios and walnut or with both, also offering a vegan version. The Croatian Kremsnite, is just like My Baca (Grandma) use to make, a creamy custard, with freshly made whipcream. I also make this dish with a layer of Nutella. Lincoln City, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for the warm reception and unwavering support you have shown us. We are humbled by the love and appreciation you have shown towards our Balkan cuisine. We will deeply miss your company, but our daughter and newborn baby require our attention. We are moving back to Grants Pass, and although we are unsure of our plans, we will persevere. We are grateful for the support and kindness of our customers and friends who have reached out to us.
