Everyone. I’m shutting down the food truck for the month of February. And unfortunately, that means no Super Bowl this Sunday. It’s a lot fighting with the cold and the snow. Plus I did have two weekends scheduled off to do college visits with my daughter this month. I’m going to let this month pass and be back at it March 8th & 9th. I’m going to pin this post and stay quiet but be back better and more ready to serve you all. Thank you.

A morning that started bad turned positive. No food went to waste from me canceling my Brewery spot today! I gave pans of food to my favorite nonprofit MY TURN, the Merrimack fire station, my parents, and a couple lifelong buds from the old neighborhood. I feel satisfied.

Sat (2/1/25) I have decided to cancel today. It was a hard decision to make, but after taking a ride to check out the roads, I’m not comfortable pulling the trailer. I definitely miss managed the weather. If you planned on buying lunch from me today, I’m sorry😟

This weekend (1/25-1/26) we will be open and serving BBQ & smashburgers. 12:00 until sell out both days. With knowledge from the past few times out that is likely between 4:00-5:00. And a reminder that the taproom opens at 1:00, so the first hour is for early birds and takeout.

We are happy to be partnering with Able Ebenezer Brewing Company. Come and grab lunch or an early dinner, eat inside and have a cold beer.

Weekend announcement for 1/18 & 1/19

We will not be serving at the brewery this weekend. Nothing serious and we hope to be out next weekend. This weekend has nothing to do with weather, and we hope next weekend is nice so we can serve again.

Weekend announcement! We are back to the weekend at the brewey menu this Sat & Sun (1/11-1/12) Smash burgers & BBQ🙌

We had a lot of fun doing the chicken and burger pop up menu last weekend. You never know what posts will catch fire and I had one last week that certainly did.

But…. We need to let the people know that some of the best if not the BEST BBQ is out of the 603 Smok’n Que trailer. I use a smoker thats all wood (oak & maple) and I feed that thang every 30 mins and cook for 10+ hours. We do it legit.

I make all my own BBQ sauces (some are not traditional, like my 603 sauce and honey mustard)

I make all the sides homemade with recipes that I’ve been doing for several years. I take my BBQ seriously.

I hope to see you for lunch this weekend. 12:00 until sell out. FYI no wings or chicken sandwiches. I know I’m going to have to bring both back but last weekend’s menu was for messing around.

I had to change my flyer. Let’s face it, I’m a food truck and a BBQ guy. My goal is to sell out. Having a set close time has been difficult. 12:00 to sell out from now on!

Sold out! Normally, I would say awesome, but I wish I had more product that we could stay open. Sold all the smash burgers, wings, and fries for today and tomorrow. But I’m doing more shopping and I’ll be ready to roll at 12 tomorrow. Sunday is until sold out! Going forward I shouldn’t promise a end time. In a food truck, you have limited refrigeration space and you can only go by how busy you were the last time out.

Day 1 of the 3 day smashburger, fried chicken sandwich and wings spectacular kicked off last night.

I’m really trying to make a fried chicken sandwich on the same level that my smashburgers are on. It’s been a two year mission. Smashburgers are a 10🔥

If you got a fried chicken sandwich later in the night it was better than the first couple I did because I learned a breading trick. I made one and forgot to put American cheese on. If you’re reading this and your chicken sandwich didn’t have cheese, come back today and I’ll give you a free order of fries.

Wings have continuously been getting rave reviews. Today at Able Ebenezer Brewing Company 12-6 and Sun 12 to sell out.

To kick off the new year we are doing things a little different this weekend. We will be at Able Ebenezer Brewing Company hours👇

The extra day isn’t the only thing different. I’m changing up the menu for this weekend and doing smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, wings, fries, and pineapple slaw. Giving BBQ another weeks break because I love doing Smash burgers and chicken sandwiches together. I had such positive feedback with the wings last time out, I’m doing that again too and adding more sauces😀

 I hope to see you one day or multiple days. We are starting the new year right with this fun menu and an extra day!

Everyone. As I post this at 4:20. A coincidence Only. We are closing up shop in 30 minutes. Sold out of the wings, brisket, smash burgers, and so so close to sell out of pulled pork. What a great day! Thanks for all that showed up. Second or third busiest day since I started doing this last month. I really appreciate you all. Special tomorrow (Sat 12/21) will be Chicken Wings💚🖤💚We are changing up the Sat special for this week only. This will be instead of honey BBQ pork belly burnt ends. Those will be back in a big way in the new year.

*Schedule update* The food truck’s last time out this year is this Sat (12/21) from 12-to sell out at Able Ebenezer Brewing Company. We will be taking Sun off and the weekend sandwiched between Christmas and New Year’s.

We are open at 12:00 today (12/14) taproom opens at 1:00. As some may know, we have been closing up around 5:30 each night.
