I haven’t been pushing the Bartending. I’m really busy with Catering, however, I do this. I come with bartenders, all the cups, napkins, mixers, and garnishes. My bartenders shake cocktails and serve all beverages. This is an open bar with no register. Part of my liquor liability insurance is the customer buys the alcohol. We charge a hourly rate with no hidden fees. We do have a tip jar out. Spread the word! My plan is to do a lot more of these by this time next year. Currently Catering and the Bartending together only💚

I hope everyone is having a great summer. We definitely are. I like to be the best at things I do, and I’m a really hard critic on myself. But I will say my BBQ has been better this summer than ever.

I changed a few things, not a lot on recipe changes, but the stuff most don’t think about, rotating the meats, the resting period and more. It’s all been working for the better. I’m really happy with how my food has been lately. 

I don’t have a Saturday left until the end of October. But there are some Sundays, Friday evenings and in the months of September & October, we have dates available for company parties mid week.

I grilled burgers on the charcoal grill I have attached to my smoker the other day. The view from my office was pretty sweet. I always end up in cool places. Out of the food trailer, you know I’m doing smash burgers, but when I have my smoker on site, I do burgers the old-fashioned way over coal. Hotdogs too 🍔🌭

I was telling my daughter in the food trailer yesterday, my BBQ has been better this summer than arguably ever before. Believe it or not I’m still learning, trying new things. I know my BBQ has been better today than it was over the winter. I’ve changed a couple things for the better.

Happy 4th of July!!! I’ve been quiet on this page because I’m so busy😀 no public events but instead all catering. So with that said, please consider me for catering your next party.
