We would love to be considered to cater your next event/party/gatherings!

Main dishes:
-Birria
-barbacoa
-Chipotle pork loin
-Cream of mushroom pork loin
-Chipotle Cream pork loin
-Stuffed Chicken breast with chipotle cream sauce
-Chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese with a cream mushroom sauce drizzled over it

You have an option of 2 sides
-Spanish rice
-sopa fria(a cold macaroni salad)
-Pork Beans
-Steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
-Salad with choice of dressing
-Fettuccine pasta
-mashed potatoes

The birria and barbacoa also include the salsa, limes, chopped cilantro and onions.

We offer tastings prior to committing. Although, we promise you won’t be disappointed!
