Final post from Wild West

As many of you know, today marked the final day of Wild West Paintball and Airsoft Park. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who has supported us over the past 10 years. Your unwavering support has been the cornerstone of our success, and we couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you to our incredible refs and players. Without all of you, we wouldn't have made it this far. You all created these amazing memories and made it feel like a family. This is what Wild West is all about!

Last but not least, thank you all for coming out one last time this weekend. You’ve made it unforgettable. Let’s cherish these memories and continue to share pictures and stories to honor the great times we've had together.

We are seeking energetic and responsible individuals to join our team as Paintball and Airsoft Referees at Wild West Paintball and Airsoft Park. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

-Safety Enforcement: Vigilantly enforce all park safety rules. Conduct safety briefings and equipment checks before games.

-Game Management: Facilitate various game modes, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.

-Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes between players calmly and effectively, maintaining a positive atmosphere.

-Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, answering questions and ensuring a memorable experience at the park.

-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff to set up game fields, oversee games, and ensure overall park operations run smoothly.

Requirements:

- Must be at least 17 years of age or older
- Prior experience in paintball or airsoft is preferred, but not required.

We're transitioning to winter hours this weekend, but good news—our night games will continue until September 9th.

For Saturdays on Sept 2nd and Sept 9th, we'll be open from 9am to 10pm. On Sundays, it's 8am to 4pm.

Starting Saturday, Sept 16th, night sessions will end and hours will be 9am to 5pm.

We appreciate everyone who has reached out to us, expressing concerns about a fire incident in Wild West. We want to provide some clarification on the matter. Please note that Wild West itself did not experience any fire. The incident took place at the recycling business situated behind the RV storage. Thank you to all those who have shown their concern.

At Wild West, safety is our top priority. A few weeks ago, we implemented that all players must have their masks off before paying admission. We would also like to implement another new policy that requires all airsoft players to present a valid ID before paying admission. If a player is unable to provide ID, their parent or legal guardian's ID will be required. Otherwise, players will not be allowed to participate in matches. This policy is aimed at ensuring the safety of all our players.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we have partnered with more fields including Fightertown, APC, Dreadnought, and Freedom Airsoft, to address safety concerns in the airsoft community along shared banned lists .We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all our customers and look forward to continuing to work together with other fields in the future that are not listed.

Wild West is implementing a policy requiring all players in our facility who wish to engage in play to remove their masks before paying the admission fee. This measure is intended to ensure the safety of our facility and enable us to get to know our customers better. Otherwise, players who decline to remove their masks will not be allowed to participate in matches.

Attention all airsoft players,

Wild West Airsoft would like to formally announce our implementation of a zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance with our safety guidelines. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our players, and any actions that deviate from our established protocols will not be tolerated.

We would like to emphasize that cheating and overshooting other players will not be permitted under any circumstances. Any players found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately banned from the field.

Wild West is pleased to announce a collaborative effort with Fightertown and Dreadnought Airsoft in the sharing of banned player lists. The purpose of this initiative is to prevent potential conflicts and ensure a safe environment for all patrons across facilities in the future.

Please be aware that if such behavior persists, we may need to terminate the airsoft game for the day in the interest of maintaining a safe and fair playing environment for all participants.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding these standards. Thank you for choosing our facilities as your preferred airsoft venues.
