I think I nailed this made from scratch pizza. Fabulous perfect crust baked on a 600 degree pizza stone. Topped with my homemade pizza sauce, four different Italian cheeses, made from scratch Italian sausage, and caramelized peppers and onions. This pizza is 13" and will easily feed 3 people or 2 "Bubbas". With dessert, $20.

First lunches on our weekly healthy lunch program went out yesterday. A great idea suggested by my very healthy daughter, Courtney. Next weeks healthy lunch will be Caribbean Jerk Pork Loin with Mango Salsa and Brown Rice. The Vegetarian Entre will be Caribbean Butternut Squash and Chickpea Stew. Get your orders in. Only $35 for the whole week.
