Need an evening snack? These strawberry shortcake or confetti cake cups are perfect for snacking! They're both layered with a vanilla custard whip. It's so light and fluffy, but full of flavor!
We also have confetti cake and chocolate cake by the slice. There's more of that Banana's Foster cheesecake, too!

I'm making more of these mini peanut butter & banana cream pies today because 😍

Tender, golden pâte sucrèe shell with a thin layer of white chocolate & peanut butter ganache, fresh bananas, and topped with a white chocolate peanut butter mousse and toasty Nilla wafer crumbs.

You deserve a little treat!

Swing by for some snacks today! Today was cake decorating day so we have chocolate cake scraps in these tiny cups for only $3! Perfect if you just want a little bite. We also have everyone's favorite brown butter toffee chocolate chunk cookies, along with white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, brownie cookies with Caramelia chunks, and Oreo cheesecake brownies!

If you haven't tried the Wagyu tallow cornbread yet, what are you waiting for?! Pair it with some bacon and chive butter to go with dinner tonight.

We've also restocked the freezer with take-and-bake biscuits, and I made some sausage gravy (in the cooler) if you're feeling a lazy breakfast in the morning!

Japanese milk bread has become one of my favorite breads. This bread starts by making tangzhong. Milk and flour are cooked together in a saucepan, almost like a roux. The tangzhong gives this bread a super soft crumb, with a chewy crust. The flavor is sweet, almost like a Hawaiian roll. This thing makes the best grilled cheese with some sharp cheddar!

We have 6 loaves left on the shelf!

We smoke short ribs until they're nice and tender, hand shred the meat and then let them braise down in a honey gochujang sauce. Pressed between Lundi Baking Co. Japanese milk bread with cheese and a Japanese BBQ sauce aioli, this sandwich is sure to wow! Served with a side of umami fries.
