We specialize in storytelling with puppets and convention, event, and party talents. Created in 1990 by award-winning performer "Uncle" Wayne Daigrepont, Porta-Puppet Players began as a touring puppet theatre presenting original puppet musical comedies like "Louisiana Red Riding Hood" (Porta-Puppet's first musical!), "The Bepuzzled Pilgrim", "An Afternoon with Aesop," "The Toymaker's Helper", and

many more, performing a roster of over 30 shows. In 2000 a limited edition "cast recording" called The Music of Porta-Puppet Players was released. Beginning August 1st, 2014 Porta-Puppet Players will become PortaPlayers, and the puppet wing of PortaPlayers will now be Porta-Puppets.
