“We love the Balcony Ballroom!! The food, the decor, the staff - everything was perfect! They put so much care and time into making your wedding day amazing. We had a special addition to the first dances to honor my sister and brother-in-law. The Balcony Ballroom staff not only made it happen but they added little touches that made it so much more memorable. My husband is still talking about the fried oysters and all the other delicious food. We can’t say enough good things about the Balcony Ballroom. Highly recommend having your big day here!!”

A love story 50 years in the making, and it all began right here at The Balcony Ballroom.

Monica and Bob were married at The Balcony Ballroom five decades ago, and they returned to the very place where their journey began to celebrate their golden anniversary—making them the first couple to celebrate 50 years of marriage at our venue after saying “I do” here.

Surprised by their four sons with a beautiful anniversary party (one of whom was also married at The Balcony Ballroom!), this celebration was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments across generations.

We were so honored to be part of Monica and Bob’s golden celebration—and even more honored to have been part of the very beginning. Cheers to 50 incredible years!
