“Where do we start with our amazing experience? We are so impressed and speechless with how incredible The Balcony Ballroom is. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful and I’m so lucky to say that I had zero stress during my wedding planning process and during the wedding because of our amazing team at The Balcony Ballroom. The venue took our breath away the moment we walked into its doors. It is gorgeous with so many linen combinations, special lighting, and beautiful florals throughout. Everything is kept in immaculate condition, even the bathrooms are nice! Vanessa, Jay, Megan, Cameron and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing, the service is top notch! The wedding planning process is seamless with them taking care of everything, all we had to do was show up. During the wedding, any anxiety or stress I felt melted away because of how attentive they were and they gave me so much support. Every time we turned around there was someone asking us if we needed anything or something to eat. From the moment we walked in to the door, to the moment we left the venue after the wedding was taken care of by their team. The wedding schedule flowed seamlessly and all we had to do was be in the moment. No stress or having to worry about anything. We were able to get in the car and go back to our Airbnb with packed food and goodies sent by Vanessa and her team. No need to worry if the venue is cleaned, paying vendors, etc. Our guests raved about the delicious food and incredible service. We had so many people come up to us and tell us how much they enjoyed our wedding and how different it was from other weddings they have been to. We are so lucky to have found The Balcony Ballroom and we’re so thankful they were a part of our wedding journey.
