Hello everyone! First, we would like to thank everyone who has trusted us with your event over the past year or so. Unfortunately, we have decided to no longer rent this space out for events. We will honor all currently booked events, but we are not accepting any new reservations.

The city of Metropolis has many other event centers to choose from (The community center, The girl scout house, The Space, Studio A, etc.)

That being said, we are searching for a full time tenant! If you know anyone looking for a space to rent send them our way. *Must be able to commit to a year lease* Rent is $700/mo. with a $700 security deposit*

*Can lease as early as March 2025*

Some business ideas that we think would be a great fit are: fitness classes, craft cocktail bar, pet grooming, deli., etc.

FAQ: The questions we get asked the most are: 1) Do you have a full kitchen and 2)What are the rates.

1) We have a refrigerator and a hot plate, but no oven. We may add a microwave in the future.

2) $150 for a weekend night and $100 for a Monday- Thursday. **we allow you to decorate the day before if you'd like, complimentary, if the day before you does not get rented.

***We have keyless entry*** woohoo! No key exchange!
