Join us this Friday, April 17 from 3–5 PM for FREE Dippin’ Dots for the kids (while supplies last)!

Then come back on Saturday when the Chamber will be open from 10 AM–3 PM with free coloring activities for the kids.

Q&A of the Luxe Building! 📢

👉How many suites are available for short term rentals? 2

👉Which one is your favorite?

I love them both! It depends on the purpose of stay. The high roller suite is more romantic and classic with its exposed brick and claw foot bathtub, but the diamond suite has a private balcony and bigger living room area with more seating.

👉What's downstairs?

Downstairs are 2 businesses. Jillian James Esthetics is on one side and a new business will be coming soon to the other side in June (ish).

👉What makes the Luxe Building unique for travelers?

I would say that we are the only high end place to stay in Metropolis. We are super close to the Casino and we feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each suite- something I havent seen elsewhere in Metropolis. We are also pet friendly.

👉What are some of the feautres of the suites?

We have a whole building water softener which leaves your hair silky soft, glass showers, back lit LED lights, mood lighting, custom built Amish cabinetry (diamond suite), marble bathroom flooring and showers, sleek hardwoods and no carpet! We recently added an electric fireplace to the High Roller!
