There really is nothing quite as good as a taco, especially a breakfast taco. Back-to-school breakfast tacos provided by Wortham Admin. Friday morning. 200 tacos, sausage, egg and cheese, potato, egg and cheese, and bacon, egg and cheese by 7:30 was a bit challenging but we got it done.

What do you do when your childhood friend gets married? You smoke some brisket and chicken, that’s what you do! This one was special because of who it is. Thank you Alec and Sarah Bailey for trusting Fork and Spoon Productions to cater your wedding. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. Adding to the brisket and chicken, we had sides of baked beans, Mexican street corn, baked potatoes with all the fixings and it was all served to debut the new cast iron serve-ware. Lots of compliments on the look of the warming table.

Prairie Grove Baptist Church invited us to cook a dinner tonight that several of them had previously enjoyed and had to have again for their Valentine’s Day feast. BBQ Brisket, Pulled Pork , Mexican Corn, Potato Salad, Strawberry spinach salad and for dessert- banana pudding and Red velvet cupcakes!!!

It’s the month of amore! The First Baptist Church in Wortham invited Fork & Spoon Productions to cater their couple’s celebration.

We ventured a little further and tried two new entrees: homemade fresh pasta, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and spaghetti with meatballs. We also enjoyed Brussel sprouts, Berry salad, and garlic bread! Delicious!
A dessert grazing table, with an assortment of sweet treats, brought the evening to a close and kept people coming back for more.

Lunch consisted of brisket, sausage, potato salad, baked beans, and dessert today! This was the ideal size luncheon to cap off the year with catering, so thank you Coolidge ISD for allowing us to feed all the staff! Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!!!!

We've had a busy week! We provided two meals on Wednesday at two separate school districts! We appreciate the request from Hubbard & Wortham ISD to provide the Christmas luncheon!
We couldn't have delivered and served the meal in Hubbard without Help from Joe Braden and Chase!

We celebrate weddings more joyfully throughout the holidays! Being included in someone's special day is always very fulfilling. Meal service for the Hayes/Kocian wedding was arranged by Fork & Spoon Productions. Sliced Brisket, Baked Beans, Potato Salad.

Had the pleasure of catering the Christmas lunch for the Ladies Community Prayer Group for the second consecutive year!! It’s so much fun to prepare for this event and to share my passion with everyone!!!!

The Christmas season is here! We've finished the first of many Christmas parties! Groesbeck-based ISLA insurance requested brisket, chicken, sausage, and Several side dishes! We can't wait to finish the year celebrating the holiday season !!

Tonight's menu featured two brand-new dishes. I always get a little anxious when I try something new, but they were both a huge success. As we catered the Bi-Stone Baptist Association, we got to see a lot of familiar people. It was lovely to give and receive hugs from so many kind folks.
BlackBerry pistachio salad, Brisket, Pork butt, Potato Salad, Mexican Corn and Caramel Buttermilk Cake!

When your culinary teacher from high school has enough faith in you to hire you for a catering job, you jump at the chance to show her all you’ve learned. Thank you, AmyJo Miller for this opportunity. Smoked brisket, savory baked beans, potato salad with a dill pickle chip garnish, all the fixin’s, and some good ole apple dumplings for dessert.

Hubbard ISD invited Fork and Spoon Productions to help them celebrate a great school year with a great administration. Thank you for giving me the chance to prepare food for your staff, Interim Superintendent John Turpin. Mountain Dew dumplings, strawberry-pecan salad, and baked potatoes stuffed with brisket with all the toppings were the dishes!

A very busy weekend for our church's youth group, followed by an Easter brunch for the congregation. I'd want to thank everyone who helped with cooking, setting up, and cleaning. We had fun making this for our church, but we're worn out!

Another amazing banquet completed! We catered for First Baptist Church in Mexia for their senior Saints banquet. We really enjoyed making this meal for everyone! A huge thanks to my help and, also my grandmother for the sugar cookies she’s made the last two weekends. These cookies are her specialty.

With several events going on at once I couldn’t make it to this event, but I had amazing help that made it all possible!
