This one was a first for me and a challenge. 540 charcuterie boxes with a turkey wrap. I gotta admit this party almost got crashed by Meltdown Martha, but we soldiered on and made it through.

We had the privilege of making 120 plates of chicken Alfredo, Caesar salad, Garlic Bread and Apple Dumplings for Hilcorp Energy Company! It’s always a pleasure to cooked for new businesses and make connections!!

There’s a first time for everything. We had an opportunity to serve one of our biggest events to date. Happy to be able to cater to a great group of people and a great cause: Limestone County Crime Stoppers Fundraiser Banquet. This time on the menu was chicken Alfredo, garlic bread, Italian street corn, asparagus with bacon, and Cesar salad. What’s for dessert? Blueberry lime cupcakes, banana pudding shooters, and a Fork and Spoon favorite, apple dumplings.

There really is nothing quite as good as a taco, especially a breakfast taco. Back-to-school breakfast tacos provided by Wortham Admin. Friday morning. 200 tacos, sausage, egg and cheese, potato, egg and cheese, and bacon, egg and cheese by 7:30 was a bit challenging but we got it done.

What do you do when your childhood friend gets married? You smoke some brisket and chicken, that’s what you do! This one was special because of who it is. Thank you Alec and Sarah Bailey for trusting Fork and Spoon Productions to cater your wedding. I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. Adding to the brisket and chicken, we had sides of baked beans, Mexican street corn, baked potatoes with all the fixings and it was all served to debut the new cast iron serve-ware. Lots of compliments on the look of the warming table.

Prairie Grove Baptist Church invited us to cook a dinner tonight that several of them had previously enjoyed and had to have again for their Valentine’s Day feast. BBQ Brisket, Pulled Pork , Mexican Corn, Potato Salad, Strawberry spinach salad and for dessert- banana pudding and Red velvet cupcakes!!!

It’s the month of amore! The First Baptist Church in Wortham invited Fork & Spoon Productions to cater their couple’s celebration.

We ventured a little further and tried two new entrees: homemade fresh pasta, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and spaghetti with meatballs. We also enjoyed Brussel sprouts, Berry salad, and garlic bread! Delicious!
A dessert grazing table, with an assortment of sweet treats, brought the evening to a close and kept people coming back for more.

Lunch consisted of brisket, sausage, potato salad, baked beans, and dessert today! This was the ideal size luncheon to cap off the year with catering, so thank you Coolidge ISD for allowing us to feed all the staff! Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!!!!

We've had a busy week! We provided two meals on Wednesday at two separate school districts! We appreciate the request from Hubbard & Wortham ISD to provide the Christmas luncheon!
We couldn't have delivered and served the meal in Hubbard without Help from Joe Braden and Chase!

We celebrate weddings more joyfully throughout the holidays! Being included in someone's special day is always very fulfilling. Meal service for the Hayes/Kocian wedding was arranged by Fork & Spoon Productions. Sliced Brisket, Baked Beans, Potato Salad.

Tonight's menu featured two brand-new dishes. I always get a little anxious when I try something new, but they were both a huge success. As we catered the Bi-Stone Baptist Association, we got to see a lot of familiar people. It was lovely to give and receive hugs from so many kind folks.
BlackBerry pistachio salad, Brisket, Pork butt, Potato Salad, Mexican Corn and Caramel Buttermilk Cake!
