Bentley’s “Art in Motion” x Bang Bang
at The Temple House for Miami Art Week
Bentley Motors partnered with Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy, one of the world’s most renowned tattoo artists, to redefine personalization and innovation in luxury design. As a brand that has always pushed the boundaries of craftsmanship, performance, and bespoke artistry, Bentley’s collaboration with Bang Bang was a bold statement on what’s possible when automotive excellence meets artistic ingenuity.
At The Temple House, this vision came to life through an extraordinary immersive showcase, where 360° projection mapping transformed the space into a dynamic, ever-evolving spectacle. The evening unfolded in a seamless progression of kaleidoscopic animations, reflecting Bentley’s curated color palette with bold, metallic textures reminiscent of its signature finishes. These shifting, reflective designs created an expressive, mesmerizing experience that evolved throughout the event, mirroring the luxury, precision, and customization at the heart of Bentley’s philosophy. You can see (a very sped up) sample in the video.
As the night reached the reveal moment, a massive tattoo design, crafted by Bang Bang, emerged across the entire room, seamlessly integrating Bentley’s vision with his groundbreaking Magic Ink technology—a UV-activated innovation that allows tattoos to shift under different wavelengths of light. This final reveal blurred the lines between design, movement, and artistic transformation, showcasing how luxury and creativity can intersect in entirely new ways.
This milestone event at Art Basel Miami 2024 redefined what experiential design can be, pushing the boundaries of brand storytelling, immersive technology, and bespoke craftsmanship.
